OVER 15 YEARS OF MARKETING & REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE EXECUTING COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL SALES AND MARKETING CAMPAIGNS FOR BROKERS, DEVELOPERS, BUILDERS & BUSINESS OWNERS.

My background is a combination of real estate, marketing, PR, graphic design, business development, social media, website creation, email marketing, digital marketing, advertising, company branding, logo creation, event planning, operations and administrative roles, spanning over 15 years, specifically focused on commercial and residential real estate, across multiple states, including; Arizona, California, Oregon and Washington.

I pride myself on possessing an exceptional ability to create and develop long-lasting relationships with brokers, clients, vendors, developers, executives, administrative and just about anyone else involved in the day to day business of real estate.

Currently, I am (for the 2nd time around) an Oregon Licensed Broker and offer services in Oregon for buyers, sellers, investors, developers and land planners who specializing in both commercial and residential real estate.

As owner of Kass Media & Real Estate Services, formed in 2018, I run a freelance business outsourcing graphic design and marketing needs to several clients, including past and present clients and marketing positions I’ve held include; multiple SVN offices in Oregon and California, SRS, Bryant Commercial Real Estate, GPS Retail Advisors, Niehaus Properties, Hadley Stevens, Benco, Aberdeen Investments, NAIOP Arizona, SimonCRE, CBRE, DeRito Partners, RE/MAX, Carlson Real Estate and Breit+Hill.

Agents Give Back: Kassandra Bruhn – Realty ONE Group Willamette Valley

Kassandra Bruhn with Realty ONE Group Willamette Valley has found her creative niche since taking over her new role at one of Salem’s newer real estate offices. She is the owner of Kass Media & Real Estate Services and is currently a licensed real estate agent in both Oregon and Arizona. She has many roles in her Realty ONE office, including but not limited to: transaction coordinator, marketing, social media, graphic design and so much more. She has done marketing for both residential and commercial real estate and has developed such a passion for the industry that she says she would never want to work in any other role. “I absolutely love creating marketing materials to help sell real estate” she exclaims, “I love helping brokers look better when they present themselves in the marketplace and to their peers.” Despite her career keeping her extremely busy, Kassandra is always looking for ways to be involved in the community.
